Why use Onerift if I already have ChatGPT or Claude?
Those assistants depend on a single company and the tools it chose. With Onerift, the choice of model is yours: you switch on GPT, Claude, Gemini or Mistral, depending on the work. It already knows your company’s software, and if your app is one nobody else supports, we make it available.
What’s the difference between Onerift, Zapier and Make?
With Onerift, there is nothing to build step by step. You describe what you want in one sentence, and it takes care of it in the apps involved. So there is no workflow to draw, and none to fix when something changes.
Is Onerift hard to set up, and do I need to know how to code?
No, you don’t need to code or draw a workflow. You connect each app from inside Onerift, in about a minute: you sign in on a secure screen. Then you ask for each thing in your own words.
Does Onerift work with my apps, and what if I can’t find mine?
Onerift can connect to more than 900 apps: invoicing, accounting, CRM, files, project management, email and team chat. If one is missing from the list, tell us which: we enable it on your account in days, not months.
Can Onerift change something without my approval?
No. Onerift only acts when you ask it to: it can read the information it needs, but it shows you what it plans to do and asks for your approval before any change in an app.
Is my data safe, and who can see it?
Each person connects their own apps, and Onerift sees only what that person can already access. The data stays in the apps; conversations are private, and you can delete them. Passwords and keys entered on the secure connection screen are stored encrypted: no one on our team receives or reads them.
Can my team use Onerift?
Yes. You invite your colleagues into your company’s space; each one connects their own apps, works within their own access rights and keeps their conversations private. A manager chooses the default model for the whole team, and sets up the company’s API key or its Onerift plan.
Do I need an API key, and which models can I choose?
No API key needed. An Onerift plan includes models we’ve tested, from quick tasks to complex ones: GPT, Claude, Gemini, Mistral and open models such as DeepSeek, with more as they pass our tests. If your company has its own API key, a manager adds it and you choose from 20 model providers, paying the provider for the model at its price. Either way, you can switch models at any time.
How much does Onerift cost?
Your company can use its own API key or, if it doesn’t have one, take an Onerift plan. Prices come with the launch; talk to us about them.
